Each week there will be a presentation about our Catholic Faith. We do not take attendance and participation is not obligatory. This is the way we see it… Your child is in class for one hour. Most of you live at least 10 minutes away from the church (some more than 20!). Instead of going all the way home for a short amount of time, or sitting in your car; Why not attend? The presentations are casual and we offer light refreshments in our comfortable, brand new Parish Center. Plus, I guarantee you will learn much about your Catholic Faith and grow in love of God.

Our parental sessions are completely FREE!!! But we need some snacks to go along with the coffee and beverages that we offer for our parents. (Many kids also come in after class and grab a quick snack.) A few times during the year your class will be asked to bring something in to keep our costs down. See your child’s Class Sheet for the dates. If it is your week, bring the snacks to the kitchen of the Parish Center. Our volunteers will take it from there. Sit back, relax and enjoy the parental session!

  • 5:30PM-5:45PM – Drop off at assigned Classroom doors. Please do not let young children walk to the door by themselves
  • 5:45PM – 6:45PM – Parental Session in classrooms
  • 6:40PM – Parental sessions end. Parents can go to the assigned door to pick up their children. Eighth graders and high school aged children do not need a parent to pick them up at the door.
  • 6:45PM – Children are picked up at door.

*** Every Saturday there will be a staff rep. at the desk in the entrance of the Learning Center to assist you and answer any questions that you may have regarding our program***

Welcome to St. Ann Catholic Church’s Faith Formation program for the year 2017 – 2018. We are going to have a great year. Our greatest hope that your whole family benefit spiritually from our program and that you all grow in love of God and live out your baptismal promises evermore in Christ Our Lord.

Besides the formation of your children, this program also has the sanctification of your family as its ancillary goal. We ask that every member of the family come each week and participate in our catechetical offerings. As a minimum we require that you all:

  1. Attend mass every weekend (Saturday evening or Sunday)
  2. Pray as a family (if possible every day)
  3. Come to formation classes every weekend
  4. Continue formation at home

It is sometimes tempting to see the requirements of formation as mere obligations that must be complied with. Instead, try and dedicate this year to the Lord and make it an opportunity to grow in your spiritual life and truly understand the call you have as a follower of Christ.

Thank you in advance for your participation in our program. God wants to be closer than ever before to you and your family. Take advantage of all we offer.
