Food Pantry

The mission of the Saint Ann Safety Ministry is to promote a safer environment by developing & implementing

practices and training that will ensure the protection and well-being of our parish community.”

The St. Ann Safety Ministry has an overall goal of providing useful and safety-related information to our parishioners. We periodically provide a “Safety Ministry Update” in the church bulletin. This update is intended to inform our parishioners of relevant safety information in an ongoing effort to provide a safe and secure place of worship.

About

“If you can’t feed 100 people, then feed just ONE.”
- St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta

St. Ann Food Pantry serves residents of Johnston County, North Carolina. Each week, volunteers stock shelves, pick up food donations from local grocery stores, sort produce, pack bags and greet our Johnston County neighbors with a smile.

Clients receive a bag of pantry supplies and produce, bakery & deli items, and meat when available. St. Ann Food Pantry is open Fridays from 9 – 10:30 and has a drive-thru distribution.

Our well-loved volunteers (ages 8+) serve at the food pantry Tuesday – Friday and Sunday. Scheduling is completed via SignUp Genius; please contact Cathy to receive more information or to sign up to volunteer.

St. Ann Food Pantry is closed Good Friday, the Friday after Thanksgiving and the Friday between Christmas and New Year’s Day.
